I've been active since childhood and loved nature. After moving to the US in the late 1990s, I stayed active but missed being in nature. 
In spring 2016, a casual lunch conversation about hiking with a coworker changed everything. As a complete novice, I found myself with a hiking partner, and our first attempt was a disaster (a story for another day!). 
Since then, I've guided people from my community on adventures across North America and beyond - from the Great Smoky Mountains and Yosemite to Banff in Canada, Torres Del Paine in Chile, and the Swiss Alps. 
Along the way, I've collected my share of funny, scary, and unforgettable stories.
Today, I'm an avid nature destination traveler, hiker & backpacker excited to inspire others and connect with nature. Hike On!
