By using our services or joining any group or community hikes, you agree that HikePeChalo and anyone working with us are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may happen during your hikes or related activities.

You also agree to not hold HikePeChalo or its team legally responsible (also known as holding us harmless) for anything that might go wrong on your trip, hike, or outdoor activity, even if we helped you plan it.

If someone under the age of 18 is participating, their parent or legal guardian must give permission and take full responsibility for the minor’s safety and experience.
